If you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, emotional stress, or major life transitions, therapy can be a place where you finally feel heard, supported, and understood. Life can become overwhelming when you’re carrying pain, stress, or past experiences that continue affecting your relationships, confidence, and daily life — but you don’t have to work through it alone.

I’ve worked with individuals from many different backgrounds and life experiences, including those navigating depression, childhood trauma, loss and grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional exhaustion, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected. My goal is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing, develop healthier coping skills, and create positive changes that support long-term healing and emotional stability.

My Approach

My approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I help clients understand how past experiences may be shaping current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also identifying the strengths they already possess to support growth. Using CBT, we work to recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create practical, realistic steps toward lasting change. My goal is to provide a supportive and steady space where healing feels both safe and empowering.
