If you’re navigating recovery, managing cravings, or learning how to live without substances, you don’t have to do it alone. Our therapy groups offer a safe, structured, and supportive space to connect with others, build coping skills, and stay grounded in your recovery. All groups are therapist‑led, trauma‑informed, and designed to help you maintain stability while working toward lasting change.

A 6‑week therapist‑led group for adults committed to maintaining sobriety and strengthening relapse‑prevention skills.

A 6‑week group for adults in early recovery who are adjusting to life without substances and managing co‑occurring mental health needs

Group 3: Alcohol Recovery & Relapse Prevention

A 6‑week abstinence‑based group focused on maintaining sobriety from alcohol and building strong relapse‑prevention skills.

Relapse Prevention & Recovery Maintenance

 The Relapse Prevention & Recovery Maintenance Group is a 6‑week, therapist‑led outpatient group for adults with a primary substance use disorder who are committed to maintaining sobriety. This group focuses on staying grounded in recovery, identifying triggers, and building practical strategies to prevent relapse.

Early Recovery & Co‑Occurring Support 
 

The Early Recovery & Co‑Occurring Support Group is a 6‑week, therapist‑led outpatient group for adults in early recovery who are adjusting to life without substances. This group supports both substance use recovery and co‑occurring mental health needs, helping participants build stability and emotional regulation.

Alcohol Recovery & Relapse Prevention  

 The Alcohol Recovery & Relapse Prevention Group is a 6‑week, abstinence‑based outpatient group for adults focused on maintaining sobriety from alcohol and preventing relapse through structured support and skill development.
