When life feels overwhelming, it can be hard to know where to start. I’m Stacy, a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Community Health Worker, and I’m here to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.

With over six years of experience in public health and human services, I specialize in helping adults and teens (12+) navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs.

I draw from trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT-informed strategies, and strengths-based techniques to help clients build emotional resilience, develop practical coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

Healing begins with feeling truly seen — and I’m here to walk alongside you as you take that next step. Through secure telehealth, I offer structured, evidence-based depression treatment to clients throughout Ohio.
